1. ENVIRONMENT POLICIES:- We are one of the Oldest and Biggest Locks and Hardware Manufacturers and Exporters of India Since 1959. We supply a huge amount and number of Products worldwide and Locally in India. By working in our 2 Factories we aim to understand, manage and reduce the impact that our products have on the environment. Consequently, we all have a duty to ensure that the environmental impact of each product is as low as possible, whether it is made from natural resources (like the wood which we use on some door handles) or based upon synthetic ingredients like the like our Chemical, paints or Lacquer we use on the products. To do this, we have focused our attention to specific areas where we feel we can reduce our impact. These are outlined below:-

A: Climate change To reduce our contribution to climate change by reducing the energy we use to run our premises. As a Manufacturing Company, We are not polluting company, but we are constantly working with and aware of our responsibility towards the communities around us and conscious of our impact on the environment.
B: Product disposal To increase the amount of our products that are re-used or recycled and sent to concerned factories for Re-Cycling.
C: Product environmental and social impact To give our customers confidence that the environmental and social issues associated with the products they buy from us are properly managed
D: Chemicals To ensure that the products / Chemicals (used for plating handles etc) we use do not adversely affect the health of our customers, Employees, Workers, or that of their environment.
E: Packaging To minimize the amount of packaging associated with our products and, where packaging is unavoidable, to reduce the impact of its use.

3: HEALTH & SAFETY / THE WORKING ENVIRONMENT
We treat all our employees with respect and dignity and ensure a healthy and safe working environment where the sources of noise and air pollution are under control.
1. Our Factories facilities must be well-maintained and kept in clean condition.
2. All the People inside the Factory / Office should be protected against noise, air pollution, etc. by mandatory use of protective equipment against injuries to hearing, eyesight, respiratory passages, etc.
3. We ensure that the passages, stairways and exits are unobstructed to facilitate any emergency evacuation and the main exits must not be locked during working hours.
4. We have appointed a Doctor, who has procedures for handling of serious accidents that require treatment outside our Factory.
5. Our Factory building is marked boldly and clearly with Telephone numbers of Emergency: Police, Ambulance and fire so that the necessary department can be accordingly called by any person.
6. No employee or person in our factory / office shall be subject to any physical, psychological or sexual harassment, punishment or abuse.
7. We give our employees / Workers, Visitors reasonable and acceptable access to drinking water and toilet facilities. Sanitary conditions are always kept clean.


4. Social Responsibility – Human Rights and Labour Standards
1. We shall treat our employees with respect and dignity.
2. We will never have any kind of discrimination regarding race, color, nationality, Locality, religion, gender, age, sexual orientation or marital status.
3. We are always ready to verify the age of our employee and we don’t use age younger than 18 in production or anywhere else in our factory or office.
4. We don’t use forced, bonded, Prison, or involuntary labour.
5. We adhere to applicable laws and industry standards on working hours including overtime and the minimum wages standards prevailing currently in India.
6. We plan our working hours in such a manner that the employee can plan his/her own leisure time.
7. We don’t provide any kind accommodation in our factory premises.
